Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

• Lead warehouse-process workshops covering receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, physical inventory and shipping integration.
• Configure warehouse structures, storage types, movement types, transfer requirements/orders, strategies and interfaces.
• Define integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, handling units, RF/mobile processes and external warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse-process workshops covering receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, physical inventory and shipping integration.
• Configure warehouse structures, storage types, movement types, transfer requirements/orders, strategies and interfaces.
• Define integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, handling units, RF/mobile processes and external warehouse systems.
• Assess WM-to-EWM or stock-room-management implications and support target-state decisions.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, conversion rules and operational procedures.
• Support warehouse master data, open-stock migration, testing, cutover and go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot inventory and warehouse execution issues and ensure reconciliation controls.

Skill Requirements

• SAP WM consulting experience with end-to-end implementation or rollout experience.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse structures, putaway/picking strategies, transfer processing and inventory management.
• Strong MM, SD, PP and shipping integration knowledge.
• Experience with RF transactions, labels/forms and functional specifications.
• Ability to work with warehouse operations and lead testing and cutover.
