GLOBAL MARKETING, JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

CALVIN KLEIN FRAGRANCES – NEW YORK

 

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

We are actively looking for a Junior Associate to join our Calvin Klein Fragrances Global Marketing team based in NYC for a 12-month period. The Junior Associate will work closely with the team’s Global Marketing Managers and Directors to develop new product launches and campaigns.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Junior Associate, you are responsible for Assisting Calvin Klein Global Marketing team in all areas of the marketing and development process including strategic, operational, creative, and administrative responsibilities.

 

Your main focus:

• Support the end-to-end development and execution of fragrance product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief and on schedule.
• Coordinate packaging development, including bottles, outer packs, ancillary components, and artwork review processes, while maintaining and monitoring project timelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, PR, R&D, Media, Digital, Education, and Promotions teams to drive seamless launch execution across all consumer touchpoints.
• Develop launch support materials, including mock-ups, launch tools, and 360° activation concepts and recommendations to enhance in-store visibility and consumer engagement.
• Assist with campaign production and post-production activities, supporting the creation and adaptation of assets across TV, print, digital, and other marketing channels.
• Prepare and coordinate internal meetings by organizing product mock-ups, presentation materials, and supporting multimedia content.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives and brand growth.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis, tracking industry trends, evaluating competitor activity, and identifying best-in-class strategies to inform brand development and execution.

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; advanced degree and relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Balance of analytical and creative thinking, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Professional maturity, flexibility, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands.

 

Desirable:

• Previous internships in Marketing, beauty, luxury retail and/or fashion.  

• Luxury brand sensibility; fashion, media & trend-savvy.

• Base Salary Range: $25-40 p/h
