Stagiaire - Copilot sales finance

Sales finance controller (6-month Internship, from January 2027)  

COTY FRANCE, Paris  

ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

As a Finance Business Partner for the sales team, you will play a key role in driving the commercial & financial performance of Coty France. You will work closely with Sales & Supply teams, providing insights and supporting key business decisions.  

THE ROLE   

In this role you will be responsible for:  

Business partnering - Act as a finance co-pilot and key point of contact for Commercial & Supply Chain teams.   

Budget/Forecast – Build and monitor proper sales forecast and support accurate business landing  

Month-end Closing - Support closing process on Gross Sales, Gross-to-Net and Net Revenues, ensuring compliance with Coty policies, US GAAP and SOX. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis  

Reporting & Analysis - Analyze sales performance and identify key drivers (volume, pricing, mix). Prepare monthly reporting and provide clear visibility on risks and opportunities  

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN  

- End-to-end understanding of a P&L in an international group  

- Strong expertise in revenue management (Gross-to-Net, pricing, promotions)  

- Exposure to US GAAP and SOX processes  

- Advanced analytical and business partnering skills  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING   

We’d love to see candidates who have:  

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Accounting  

- Very strong Excel skills and good affinity with systems/tools  

- Good communication skills and ability to interact with non-finance stakeholders  

- Prior experience in Custodian/Accounting roles appreciated (but not mandatory)  

French and English are mandatory.
