As an Intern in Software Development, Data Analytics & AI Automation, you'll contribute to initiatives that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and support digital transformation across the organization. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with software development, data visualization, AI-driven solutions, and process automation while working alongside experienced professionals.   You will help develop solutions that turn data into insights, automate repetitive tasks, and explore innovative technologies that improve business outcomes. Success in this role means bringing curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn while delivering measurable contributions to projects and daily operations.   This is a 6-month internship opportunity designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in Software Development, Data Analytics, AI, and Automation technologies. Successful interns will gain practical exposure to real business projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the opportunity to develop industry-relevant technical and professional skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, scripts, and automation solutions using modern programming languages and tools.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work with databases to extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in project discussions, document progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition to project work, you'll have opportunities to learn development best practices, gain exposure to enterprise technologies, and build practical experience in a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Good programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in at least one language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, including understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Basic experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, data visualizations, and presenting insights from data.
• Understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries using MySQL or other relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or exposure to the following will be an advantage:

• Generative AI, AI-powered tools, and automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Git and version control concepts.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), debugging techniques, and clean coding practices.
• REST APIs, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or related development and collaboration tools.
• Process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
