Job Summary

Large-scale program management, managed services and software modernization, portfolio and capacity planning, governance, financial/commercial management, contract/change control, risk leadership, KPI analytics and executive communication.""ROLE PURPOSE
Provide overall program governance for the multi-year, multi-client AI Factory roadmap, aligning capacity, delivery, commercial controls, risk and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own the integrated roadmap, governance calendar, milestone baseline and cross-customer delivery view.
• Translate the rolling six-month demand forecast into capacity, wave and staffing decisions with delivery leadership.
• Lead monthly governance and support quarterly steering committees on throughput, KPIs, roadmap and commercial matters.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, escalations, assumptions, change orders and SOW compliance.
• Oversee consolidated reporting, benefits, productivity, customer satisfaction, financial performance and corrective actions.
• Coordinate platform, migration, device, QA and customer workstreams and ensure scalable operating practices.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience; relevant cloud, Agile, mobile, security or platform certifications are advantageous.
• Senior leadership profile: accountable for cross-workstream direction, governance and executive-level decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English, collaborative delivery behavior and disciplined handling of customer code, credentials and data.
