Senior TOSCA (Tricentis) Automation Test Lead

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tosca.

• Create and maintain reusable automation components and test assets.
• Implement risk-based testing strategies and support continuous testing initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Automate testing for Web, SAP, API, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
• Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Maintain test execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA.

• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in:

• End-to-End Testing
• Defect Management
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with ALM/Test Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest

Skill Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Tricentis Tosca Certification (AS1, AS2, TAE, or equivalent).

• Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, Guidewire, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
