Field Service Technician

Leads a team of field service technicians, coordinating daily assignments and ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
Performs advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all field service activities.
Documents service work, findings, and recommendations in maintenance management systems.
Trains and mentors technicians on best practices, procedures, and new technologies.
Collaborates with engineering, customer support, and product management to address customer needs.
Participates in commissioning and validation of new equipment installations.
Implements process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintains tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe and efficient condition.
