The Impact You'll Make

As our Development Application Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the performance, reliability, and quality of our electrical products. By combining simulation expertise with real-world measurements and testing, you'll help us validate new designs, optimize existing solutions, and support innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

As part of our Product Design & Maintenance Department, you'll contribute to the development of next-generation products while gaining hands-on experience in advanced simulation methods and the dynamic behavior of electrical modules. Your work will directly influence engineering decisions and help bring high-quality products to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform simulations to analyze the dynamic behavior and performance of electrical modules and products.
• Support development verification activities for new products and product modifications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Process Development, Qualification Laboratory, and Technical Project teams. Support engineering change management and product maintenance activities.
• Participate in product validation, qualification, and troubleshooting activities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Work with international teams and stakeholders during onboarding and project activities.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Engineer with a strong interest in simulation, product development, electrical characterization, and technical analysis.
• Good understanding of electrotechnical principles.
• General knowledge of CAD models and engineering documentation.
• English language proficiency for daily communication in an international environment. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.

The minimum annual gross salary for a permanent employment contract is EUR 41,300. The final offer will depend on the position, level of experience, and location.
