The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss, your content will help colleagues around the world use new technology with confidence. You will turn complex IT systems and processes into clear instructional videos and structured learning experiences that make change easier to understand and adopt.

You will combine instructional design, video production, and AI-powered tools to create practical learning that supports major global IT projects. Your work will influence how quickly people build new skills and feel ready for new ways of working.

Working closely with subject matter experts, you will explore complex topics, identify what learners need, and transform technical knowledge into engaging content that is easy to follow and apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create professional instructional videos by recording system walkthroughs and adding clear visuals, audio, motion graphics, voiceovers, and subtitles.
• Turn technical knowledge into engaging stories by interviewing subject matter experts and developing accurate, learner-friendly scripts and storyboards.
• Design structured learning journeys with clear objectives, role-based modules, and formats that support project milestones and system launches.
• Use AI-powered video and content tools to accelerate production, create language versions, and keep learning materials current as systems evolve.
• Improve learning effectiveness by using learner feedback, video analytics, and assessment results to strengthen existing content.

What We're Looking For

• Around five years of relevant experience in instructional video production, digital learning, or technical training content, ideally supporting IT transformation or large-scale change, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated experience producing professional instructional videos, including screen recording, video and audio editing, motion graphics, subtitles, and voiceovers.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or comparable video production software.
• Practical experience using AI video creation tools, such as Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing training curricula and learnin/g paths, supported by a sound understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to make complex technical information clear, concise, and accessible.
