Customer Development  Intern

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in business growth initiatives with omnichannel retail partners. In this role, you will focus on key areas, such as:

• Business Analytics : supporting routine data collection and spreadsheet organization to build foundational commercial acumen;

• Content creation : assisting with product catalog updates and basic brand assets to ensure consistent communication across touchpoints;

• Competitive intelligence : assisting with desk research on broad market dynamics and general consumer trends;

• General Business Support : providing project coordination and operational assistance, growing your understanding of commercial workflows in a FMCG multinational environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's Degree Marketing or Business Administration or Advertising

• Good knowledge of Office suite (Pivot tables) or Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides)

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

• Analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills, the ability to compile and present data with high attention to details

• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

• Previous experience in Sales and Digital Marketing area is preferable
