Job Description

Our Head Chef Ben is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Commis Chef to join our culinary team . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their culinary career within a supportive and dynamic kitchen environment.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets
• Ensure excellent food presentation standards
• Assist in the preparation and production of service
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned
• Report any maintenance or operational issues to the Head Chef 
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Availability to work 3–4 days per week
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong safety culture
• Must hold valid Australian working rights
