Key Responsibilities

HC System Administration, Support & Enhancements:

• Oversee and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding etc), as well as other Human Capital (HC) systems, to ensure system availability, reliability and effective use
• Coordinate the resolution of system, data and interface issues with the Technology department and external vendors
• Identify, recommend and implement system improvements and enhancements to optimise functionality and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to support HC operations and management decision-making

HC Projects & Implementation Support

• Support HC technology projects and broader HC initiatives, including requirements gathering, process review, solution evaluation, system implementation, data migration, testing, deployment and post-implementation support
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies with internal stakeholders and external vendors

User Training & Documentation:

• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and procedures
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective system adoption

Process Improvement & Digital Enablement:

• Identify and drive improvements to HC processes and systems to enhance efficiency, controls, data quality and user experience
• Evaluate and implement digital, automation and AI solutions to streamline HC operations, reduce manual effort and improve productivity

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms and processes, including system implementation, enhancements, vendor coordination, testing, change management and operational support
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other comparable enterprise HRIS platforms would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized through technology
• Good project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or good understanding of AI, automation and digital tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies, with the ability to identify and apply relevant use cases to improve HC processes and productivity
