Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for providing the technical and analytical assistance to customers and colleagues by testing customer samples for demonstrations and prospect evaluation.
• Conducting user training, seminars and workshops at office or customer locations.
• Preparing detailed analysis reports for customers.
• Acting as technical liaison to the sales team.
• Assist in training and technical support to customers and sales team.
• Research, collect and report information on the ability and capacity of AP products and competing instruments.
• Having a comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned products.
• Strict adherence to all systems at Anton Paar.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have - interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
• High commitment to customer satisfaction
• Willingness to travel throughout India

Additional Information

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 – 8 years of relevant experience  
• Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree
