Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for the role of AI engagement Manager.
IT Experience - 15+ Years
AI experience - 5 Years as architect or AI Technical PM
- Agentic AI ,GenaI program management
- Must have experience in data science (AI/ML), Agentic AI, GenAI
Role:
- Lead technical team of architects and AI tech lead and developers.
- Engage client to finalise the solution and architecture
- Develop the project plan and lead the completion and delivery of the solution
- Increase business for Capgemini beyond (target growth of 30% in a year)
- Mentoring the team for their agreed career path
- Engaging clients to get positive NPS and becoming reference customer for Capgemini
Primary skills
- Project management certifications
- Must have led 20+ headcount programs to deliver AI & genAI solutions to an enterprise
- Must have handled client interaction and commercials
- Should be B.E.
