Job Summary

1. Automation Development Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions. Build scripts, workflows, and bots to automate repetitive tasks. Integrate enterprise tools and platforms to streamline operations. 2. Tool Administration & Support Manage and maintain automation platforms and operational tools. Perform tool upgrades, configuration changes, and health monitoring. Ensure tool availability and performance. 3. Process Improvement Identify manual activities suitable for automation. Analyze existing workflows and recommend optimization opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Create dashboards, reports, and automated alerts. Track operational KPIs and automation success metrics. Provide management reporting and insights. 5. Integration & Development Integrate systems using APIs, web services, and automation platforms. Support data exchange between tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, AWS, and monitoring solutions.
