Accounts Receivable Team Lead - Onsite

Responsibilities:

• AR Team Managment
• Processing of Billing,
• Processing Cash Applicalation
• Account Reconciliations
• Passing of JVs in Client System
• Day to day query resolution and timely process escalations
• Month End Closing - Review and approval, exceptions management
• Reviewing & Finalizing SLAs
• Dashboard Reports Review
• Stakeholders Managment
• Handling Escalation process
• Measuring KPI’s
• Preparation of Business / Process review deck
• Quality Initiatives

  Qualifications:  

• College Graduate (Business Management/Commerce Preferred) 
• AR team management experience
• 5-7 Years relevant experience and overall knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of AR Improvement projects
• Advance Excel knowledge
• ERP exposure
• People management experience - hiring, retaining, motivating and growing talent
• Client stakeholder mangement skills

Work Arrangement:

• Onsite - Central Bloc 2, Cebu City
• Australian Time Zone (Dayshift)
