Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator Job Description

JD: Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure administrator (Senior OCI Admin).

 Primary Skill/ Mandatory Skill: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration

Secondary Skill / Good to have: Azure, GCP, AWS, Networking, Server OS Management, Oracle Middleware and databases.

Location : 

Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugaon/Kochi.

Shift Timings: CET hours currently but should be open to work 24x7 when situations demand.

• 8+ years of Infrastructure or Cloud Operations experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise OCI environments.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• OCI Networking (DRG, FastConnect, VPN, NSG, Load Balancers, Security Lists, Route Tables)
• OCI IAM and Identity Federation
• OCI Vault and Key Management Service (KMS)
• Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Disaster Recovery and replication solutions
• OCI Compute, OCI CLI, Storage, Monitoring, Logging, and Security Services
• Experience implementing cloud automation and operational tooling.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator / Platform Engineer to support the operation, enhancement, and adoption of OCI services across the organization.

This is a core technical role requiring active involvement in implementing, troubleshooting, automating, and supporting OCI services across infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, disaster recovery, and platform operations. The individual will work closely with OCI platform leadership and decentralized engineering teams (Compute/Database/Security/Network/LB etc.) to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong OCI administration and engineering skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical challenges, contribute to automation initiatives, and support enterprise cloud operations.
