Working Student, Go-to-Market (m/w/d)

About the Role

Join a B2B growth and lead generation team as a Working Student in Go-to-Market. You will build outbound campaigns and automate workflows on client projects while learning from experienced GTM Engineers through hands-on coaching.

What You'll Do

• Build and enrich lead lists using data signals such as funding activity, job changes, and software usage.

• Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences for B2B campaigns.

• Automate workflows using tools such as n8n, Claude Code, and other AI tools.

• Collaborate with GTM Engineers on client projects and learn GTM strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university and available 15 to 20 hours per week for at least 12 months, with flexibility around exams.

• Some hands-on experience with GTM, outbound, automation, or AI tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or Claude Code.

• Native-level German proficiency, clear persuasive writing, and confidence using AI tools and prompts.

• Analytical, structured, self-directed, and able to learn new tools quickly.

• Experience writing personalized B2B outreach is valuable. No-code automation experience, basic Python or JavaScript skills, or experience in a startup or consulting environment are also beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is up to €20 per hour. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin Mitte, Germany. Regular in-person attendance is required.
