What you will build

You will work as a hands-on engineer inside a senior team that ships product at speed and to a high standard. 

Your work spans two areas: building agentic workflows that automate real engineering tasks at scale (such as programmatically rolling out integrations across multiple repositories that would otherwise require tedious manual effort) and contributing to full-stack client-facing features when needed. You will also help design and improve the team's AI-powered developer tooling, making the engineering workflow smarter and more efficient over time. 

You are expected to take ownership of your tasks end-to-end: understand the problem, explore solutions independently, ask focused questions when blocked, and follow through to delivery. You will work closely with experienced engineers who provide context, feedback, and guidance when needed, but you are expected to drive your own progress rather than wait for step-by-step instructions. 

What you bring 

Requirements 

• Solid proficiency in TypeScript and React; a back-end language (Python or Java), Git, and effective debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, ideally including agentic workflows that use tools and perform multi-step tasks. You understand the fundamentals, have built things yourself, and can explain your technical decisions.
• A self-starter mindset: you investigate problems independently, take initiative, and communicate blockers early rather than waiting for instructions or letting issues stall your progress.
• Clear, fluent communication in English.
• Ability to share and defend non-trivial code you've personally written during the interview process. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with agent frameworks or workflow automation tooling.
• Familiarity with product analytics / tracking SDKs and how they integrate into web applications.
• Experience with monorepo tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or developer experience improvements.

• You cannot demonstrate your skills through code you've personally written. 
• You need step-by-step instructions for every task and are unwilling to investigate problems independently. 
• You struggle to recognize when you're blocked, communicate that clearly, or ask for help when needed.
