Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Plant Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, support a culture of safety, and ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production through effective material flow and warehouse service.
• Oversee safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Conduct training, onboarding, and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Experience & Skills Required

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in an industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Genk plant .

Hiring Range: 54,375 – 78,300 EUR gross per year . The final salary will be determined based on any applicable collective bargaining agreement’s minimum salary , the candidate’s education , experience , knowledge , skills , and abilities , as well as internal equity and market benchmarks .
