We are looking for a new colleague to join our Nordic Logistics team and support our warehouse and transport operations across the Nordic markets. This is an opportunity to build on your logistics experience in a complex FMCG environment, working across multiple markets, product categories, and stakeholders. You will work closely with external logistics partners and internal stakeholders to keep operations moving, solve challenges and continuously improve the way we work.

About the Role

You will join our Nordic Logistics team, working across warehouse and transport operations that support Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

An important part of the role will be our collaboration with external logistics partners, including our recently implemented warehouse operation in Helsingborg. We are still in a period of stabilization following the go-live, with processes being established and opportunities to improve how we work together.

This makes it a role for someone who is comfortable working in an environment where not everything has already been defined. You may encounter operational challenges or processes that are still evolving. You will help navigate these situations, connect the right people and find practical and compliant ways forward.

You will work across different stakeholders without always having formal authority, making your ability to build relationships, ask the right questions, create alignment and move things forward particularly important.

The position is based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and reports to our Nordic Logistics Manager. Occasional travel to our warehouse in Helsingborg should be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to support strong performance across Nordic warehouse and transport operations.
• Coordinate and follow up on operational activities, issues, and priorities, ensuring that the right stakeholders are involved and actions move forward.
• Manage key operational activities, including display planning, product destruction processes, alignment between customer requirements and warehouse operations, and follow-up on customer complaints.
• Conduct health checks to ensure warehouse operations comply with Nestlé standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and ways of working, developing practical solutions together with our partners.
• Monitor operational performance and contribute to regular reviews with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects and optimization initiatives across the Nordic Logistics team.

What We Are Looking For

We would love to hear from you, if you:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience within logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain.
• Understand logistics operations and are comfortable navigating operational challenges, interconnected processes and relationships with external providers.
• Are a strong stakeholder manager who can build constructive relationships, bring people together and move conversations towards solutions.
• Combine attention to detail with the ability to step back, see the bigger picture and identify what really needs to be addressed.
• Are flexible, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity, bringing curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset to situations where not everything is already defined.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a Nordic language is considered an advantage.

Experience from a 3PL provider, warehousing or transport operation, or another FMCG business would be particularly valuable.
