Your Role

• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of VMware virtualization platforms, including vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud on AWS.
• Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available VMware environments aligned with business and infrastructure requirements.
• Manage VMware infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability across enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with networking, storage, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate VMware solutions with enterprise platforms.
• Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and performance tuning to support current and future business demands.

Your Profile

• 6-12 years of experience in VMware infrastructure administration, architecture, and enterprise virtualization technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud on AWS.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale virtualized data center environments.
• Deep understanding of VMware compute, storage, networking, clustering, HA, DRS, vMotion, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across virtualization, operating systems, storage platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware performance monitoring, capacity planning, optimization, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, hybrid cloud deployments, and integration with AWS and other enterprise cloud platforms.
