Job Description

Customer 0km/field complaint/receive/handling/report

• Representing customers in the plant (Customer monthly data, Customer audit)
• Contact windows for plant to plant both incoming and outgoing product
• Coordination of the quality tasks during production of prototypes and samples, preparation, testing, reporting and PPAP submission to customer approval for new project and engineering changes. (Controlling of ECR, PCR, New project handling, QC of ESP/ABS assembly,)
• Evaluation of customer complaints and communication to customers. Definition, implementation and follow up of the corrective actions.
• (Customer complaint handling, IQIS input)
• The coordination of the internal and external failure cost calculation. Coordination and follow up of the corrective actions. (Failure cost)   
• Relaying customer feedback gathered during customer visits to management in regard to future business plan of customers. (Customer visits)  
• To participate on determination of products specific characteristics. (Customer touch point)    

Other management

• Quality system managements(Work instruction standard, Inspection standard, Customer standard and other (If any)
• Annual budget management.
• Non-Conformity handling and management (Implement OPL and attend to join CIP meeting)
• Safety coordinator and lead team to support all safety events.

Qualifications

Experience

• Worked experience >5 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields

Educational Background

• B.A. Degree of Eleactoince,Industrial Engineer or Relative fields 

Special Skills

• Management experience in Customer Interface, In-Process Quality, and QMS is required.

Language Proficiency Level

• English: Good Speaking, Listening, and Reading

• Japaness:Speaking 

Additional Information

• Computer skill for all MS-Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, and E-Mail, etc.…)
• Quality Manage System (QMS) has been trained for basic of ISO/IATF16949 , IATF16949 and ISO14001
• Core Tools in QMS also trained for APQP, FMEA & Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP,and VDA,CSR's.
