- As a Cash Manager, you will join a small, closely knit, four-member Cash Management team within Corporate Investments, and part of the larger Treasury group.

Position Overview
As a Cash Manager, you’ll join our Cash Management team within Treasury, reporting directly to the SVP-Treasury, Corporate Investments, and have direct, regular access and communication with other Treasury and Finance professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the numerous key points, responsibilities, and intricacies of the Cash Management process.
- Primarily manage all bank correspondent account cash positions for several banks within the Wintrust group as the key point person, including the Federal Reserve, to meet daily liquidity needs including borrowing and selling funds.
- Monitor pledge accounts daily to ensure customer deposit accounts have appropriate collateral amounts and types of collateral pledged.
- Manage and monitor pledging activity with the FHLB Chicago and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for both securities and loans.
- Assist Corporate Investments with security settlements
- Manage correspondent bank user access
- Participate in other projects and/or activities impacting Treasury.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent with some Accounting/Finance background preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
