As a Training Associate/Specialist candidate shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. Can is also responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers with measurable outcomes.
Bachelors in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in optical dispensing.
Excellent communication skills.
Person should be willing to travel extensively.
Possess thorough command of the Kannada/English & Hindi language
