Training Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Supports the development and implementation of state-of-the-art (digital) learning solutions & development activities
• Designs learning formats and processes with internal and external partners
• Supports in identifying development & learning needs and matching them with targeted learning initiatives and programs aligned to business and product priorities.
• Acts as second-tier contact consulting on   Learning Management System administration topics
• Participates in learning communities across Freudenberg to share best practices and foster collaboration.
• Oversees reporting and cost allocation for partnered learning programs.

• Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
