Job Description

Role Purpose

To handhold New Hires from their DOJ to the end of Process Training where all their issues are resolved. Manage, plan and allocate labs for training. Provide support to new hires on all logistics. Resolve challenges of the Training Delivery team to provide world class training experience. Connect with Training Managers for seamless training delivery.

4-6 years of overall Experience.

 Minimum 2 year of facilitating and delivering training in Telecom ISP repair and troubleshooting domain. 

• Strong hands-on experience in ISP repair operations
• Ability to simplify networking concepts for learners
• Instructional design and classroom facilitation skills
• Content creation and assessment development capability
• Data-driven approach to training effectiveness

Build technical and behavioral capability of repair agents through structured training and continuous upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver new-hire and refresher training for ISP repair operations
• Train agents on structured troubleshooting and escalation judgment
• Design and update training content, SOPs, and assessments
• Conduct certifications and floor-readiness evaluations
• Partner with SMEs and QA to address skill gaps
