Track Manager - Vmware Workspace ONE

Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence and continuous improvement for enterprise-scale client lifecycle management using VMware Workspace ONE. The individual provides expert leadership in overseeing complex support operations, ensuring service level adherence, and fostering innovation to maximize operational reliability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead client lifecycle management operations by leveraging VMware Workspace ONE to ensure efficient device onboarding, provisioning, compliance, and deprovisioning across enterprise environments.
2. Drive advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using VMware Workspace ONE Console and related tools to resolve complex incidents, minimize downtime, and ensure SLA adherence.
3. Oversee policy management and application deployment through Workspace ONE UEM, optimizing configuration profiles and security settings for diverse client needs.
4. Mentor and guide support teams on best practices in Workspace ONE administration, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
5. Analyze operational data using Workspace ONE Intelligence to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and implement automation for enhanced service delivery.
6. Engage with clients to assess requirements, communicate technical solutions, and ensure expectations are met through proactive service management.
7. Innovate and implement new operational processes by evaluating emerging Workspace ONE features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Proficiency In Client Lifecycle Management, Device Enrollment Methods, And Policy Enforcement Using Workspace One.
2. Advanced Skills In Troubleshooting, Incident Management, And Root Cause Analysis Within LargeScale Enterprise Environments.
3. Strong Understanding Of Application Deployment, Configuration Management, And Security Compliance On Multiple Device Platforms (Windows, Ios, Android, Macos).
4. Expertise In Using Workspace One Reporting And Analytics For Operational Improvement.
5. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Guide Teams And Interact With Enterprise Clients.

Other Requirements

1. VMware Certified Professional � Digital Workspace (VCPDW) certification is highly recommended.
2. ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable
