Track Manager - Symantec Email Security, Endpoint Security

Job Summary

Must have 8+ years’ experience with Email Security, Cisco AMP, and Kiteworks. \\r\\n\\r\\nGood hands-on exposure on Email Security, Proxy, Malware protection tools (Cisco AMP), Kiteworks (Gateway, Webmail, Crypto Proxy) \\r\\n\\r\\nShould be able to troubleshoot any major issue & should be able to work on root cause analysis in the above-mentioned tools \\r\\n\\r\\nMust have team management and customer interaction skills. \\r\\n\\r\\nMust have exposure in defining SLAs \\r\\n\\r\\nMust have expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures \\r\\n\\r\\nMust have expertise in Remote Infrastructure management for network and information security. \\r\\n\\r\\nShould have good understanding on Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools. \\r\\n\\r\\nShould be able to manage and troubleshoot Endpoint, Security related issues in large and complex environment. \\r\\n\\r\\nKnowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure technologies \\r\\n\\r\\nCapability to develop professional documents in the form of reports, analysis, documentations. \\r\\n\\r\\nStrong attention to detail, analytical mind, and outstanding problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

CISCO Email, Cisco AMP, Kiteworks (Webmail, Crypto Proxy, gateway) \\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nCommunicate and manage client needs and expectations. \\r\\n\\r\\nMinimum 8 + years of relevant Cyber Security experience \\r\\n\\r\\nWorks well in a team environment and independently \\r\\n\\r\\nShould be able to manage internal & external stakeholders. \\r\\n\\r\\nShould be able to manage & lead team. \\r\\n\\r\\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \\r\\n\\r\\nExcellent listening, verbal and technical writing skills \\r\\n\\r\\nShould be comfortable working in 24*7 environments. \\r\\n\\r\\n
