Tokyo Campervans - Community Manager

• Manage check in and check out of customers, including vehicle inspection report and inventory checklists

• Transport vans between various parking in Tokyo and to meet cleaning and maintenance schedules

• Manage inventory of van items and review upgrade options where necessary

• Deliver vans outside of Tokyo, including overnight business trips (travel and expenses paid for)

• Help assist to clean and prepare vans

• Pre / post booking checklist management, ensuring all cars are cleaned and repaired and maintained before and after bookings

• Manage inventory / orders of supplies for vans

Requirements

• Driver’s License Required

• Experience in a customer service or operations role and / or the retail, hospitality sector

• Flexibility to work on shift basis, and schedules to accommodate last minute bookings

• English fluency

• Passion for outdoors life ideally campervans
