Your Key Responsibilities

• SQV errors checking and clearing, monthly SQV value checking and monitoring, to ensure related master data in system are correct
• Production cost analysis, benchmark process cost & material cost to find abnormal cost issues and determine potential cost reduction points
• New projects cost calculation, based on new products information to calculate production cost for new projects on time
• Responsible for PPA2, cooperate with segment IE manager or coordinator to check and confirm the TCC and WC information, even each machine/ line replacement value, and together with Controlling to check SQV tariff result before release
• Releasing cost saving project, judge all potential cost saving projects and determine realizable projects, to release it into plant cost saving project pool
• Responsible for idea management checking and confirmation, to support to calculate the benefit saving result
• SQV benchmark calculation with other Plants
• Key parts GPC and SQV comparison or SQV benchmark of same/ similar product with other IC companies
• Budget support
• Give new employees cost basic related training
• Give consultation to production colleagues cost support and SAP knowledge sharing
• Special tasks from PL leader or calculation manager

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above. No limitation in major, preferable in engineering or business related
• 1+ years cost calculation working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
• Familiar with product manufacturing process
• Knowledge about SAP
