Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for the S/4HANA transformation project.•    Define and implement the overall test strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting for test phase like – Unit Test, SIT, UAT, Regression and Performance Test.•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all modules.•    Lead the defect management, test progress tracking, and quality assurance.•    Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and deliver the testing kick-offs.•    Provide regular updates to project leadership and client stakeholders.•    Manage testing tools – JIRA , Tricentis Tosca and testing deliverables.

Skill Requirements

Minimum of one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/ rollout project experience as a Test Manager/Test lead.Experience in testing SAP Integration technologies ( BTP IS/ CPI/PI/PO etc) and understanding testing interfaces, APIs, IDocs, and data flows between SAP modules external systems.Understanding of SAP S/4HANA business process flows modules like OTC, P2P, R2RStrong understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environmentsProven experience in Test Automation using Tricentis Tosca is preferred .Ability to define and implement test automation strategy and identify automation opportunities is preferred
