Job Description

• Perform all testing activities to improve product quality: test estimation, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test status reporting.
• Test web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API features using suitable test techniques.
• Apply AI tools and agents in daily testing work, from requirement analysis and test design to bug reporting, to increase speed and coverage. Explore new ways to apply AI in the team’s QA workflow.
• Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary QA/test recommendations.
• Work closely with fellow QA engineers to align on test approach, share knowledge, and support each other across features.
• Show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
• Participate in initiatives supporting product growth, such as competitor research and customer troubleshooting.
• Follow company policies on data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

General requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, able to discuss technical topics comfortably
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies
• Good collaboration skills with both customers and team members

Technical requirements:

• Experience testing web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API applications
• Solid testing experience: test approach, test plan, and test techniques (black-box, risk-based, exploratory)
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Basic SQL for test data validation
• Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

AI skill:

• Hands-on use of AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in real testing work, with strong prompting skills for accurate test cases, scripts, and docs. Able to share real examples of how AI improved your testing.
• Practical use of an AI coding assistant (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) for test scripts, API tests, or SQL
• Understanding of AI agents and MCP
• Awareness of AI limitations and responsible handling of sensitive client data

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating and running automated tests using testing frameworks like Katalon, Selenium, Robotium, UiAutomator, XCTest, XCUITest
• Hands-on experience with test tools such as TestNG, Mocha, Jest
