Technical Writer, Mid-Level

On-site San Francisco, United States full time

About the Role

Join a team building AI infrastructure for creating, training, and evaluating models in reinforcement learning environments. You will turn product developments, customer work, and research into clear, technically grounded content for AI engineers, researchers, and technical leaders, helping explain how the platform supports real-world AI workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Write customer and partner case studies, technical articles, product explainers, launch materials, and social posts.

  • Interview customers, partners, and internal experts, then turn conversations, demos, and results into evidence-backed stories.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the platform, marketplace, and customer workflows so you can explain them accurately.

  • Work with company leaders and cross-functional teammates to communicate product vision, technical insights, and platform outcomes in a consistent voice.

  • Propose topics and formats, manage drafts through feedback and publication, and improve content based on engagement and go-to-market team input.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience writing technical content for engineering or AI audiences, with a portfolio that demonstrates clear explanations of complex ideas.

  • Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly and translate technical discussions into accessible narratives.

  • Strong interviewing and storytelling skills, including the ability to find meaningful details in demos and conversations.

  • Comfort working across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams, and managing projects independently from idea to publication.

  • Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or reinforcement learning is relevant to explaining the work; no specific years of experience or technology stack are stated.
