Job Summary

What you will do in this role:

• Lead a comprehensive audit and governance redesign of ServiceNow's vendor subscription portfolio You will identify structural cost savings, remediate off-contract spending, and build sustainable FinOps governance across eight departments (DTIO, Security, ETG, Analytics, GTM, DTX, CCx).

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Audit: Reconcile vendor master data across multiple systems (contracts, invoicing). Flag contract gaps, overlapping licenses, and unauthorized spend categories.
• Utilization Framework: Build and operationalize measurement models for consumption-based, headcount-based, and fixed-license vendors. Create dashboards showing vendor-level utilization and risk.
• Governance Recommendations: Recommend enforcement levers and escalation paths.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Present governance case and savings roadmap to Finance leadership and department sponsors. Establish cadence for quarterly reviews.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• 7+ years in vendor management, procurement operations, or FinOps
• Advanced Excel/SQL capability; comfort with multi-view data models (5+ source systems)
• Experience building utilization frameworks and consumption-based pricing models
• Stakeholder management at executive level (CFO, VP Finance, operations leaders)
• Ability to operate with incomplete data and define remediation priorities

Nice-to-Have:

• SaaS or cloud-software vendor portfolio management experience
• Familiarity with SAP Concur, Coupa, or similar vendor-finance platforms
• Prior work on 360-deal governance or off-contract spend remediation
