Technical Specialist – TIBCO Build & Operations Support

1. Administer, support, and maintain TIBCO middleware platforms including BusinessWorks (BW), EMS, BusinessEvents (BE), AMX/BPM, and iProcess across all environments.

2. Build, configure, deploy, and manage TIBCO infrastructure and application components in Development, UAT, Production, and DR environments.

3. Provide L3 production support for mission-critical integration applications, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve middleware, messaging, application integration, and infrastructure-related incidents while performing detailed root cause analysis (RCA).

5. Support release and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Shell scripting, and Python automation.

6. Perform platform maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, configuration management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

7. Implement and support high availability, disaster recovery, resiliency testing, and failover exercises to ensure operational readiness.

8. Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using AppDynamics, Elastic Search, and enterprise monitoring tools to proactively identify service risks.

9. Manage security controls including TLS/SSL certificates, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with enterprise security standards.

10. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, cybersecurity, network, and vendor teams to deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement, and incident reduction initiatives.

Solution Design-Facilitate creation of application solution designs for a specific module under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software codes to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces."

Implementation-"Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate integration of new applications, and address dependencies during deployment. Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to ensure smooth adoption new applications and minimize transition risks."
