• Drive roadmap planning and stakeholder management.
• Design and build accelerators for Customer & Industry Workflows (CRM/CSM).
• Own sustaining engineering, adoption and CSAT metrics.
• Act as SME and coordinate with Product BU.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow product/portfolio experience.
