Technical Operations Lead

About the Role

As Technical Operations Lead, you will connect people, processes, and technology across a growing AI/ML company. You will work closely with company leadership to turn priorities into practical systems, improve how teams work, and help the organization scale.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership on high-impact work such as hiring, communications, and internal planning.

• Build and maintain internal tools that track key metrics and improve operational visibility.

• Coordinate across teams to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.

• Review existing processes and propose practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches.

• Use AI tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience working in a high-growth startup environment.

• Experience building and maintaining internal tools, including custom-built tools for defining or monitoring key metrics.

• Experience improving internal processes and coordinating across teams and projects to address bottlenecks.

• Experience supporting high-priority operational work, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning.

• Proficiency with AI tools and an interest in experimenting with new technologies.

• Knowledge of Swiss or US legal frameworks, or a background in recruiting, communications, or related operations, is a plus.
