Technical Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Skilled in developing automation workflows for infrastructure provisioning, backup recovery, storage lifecycle management, alertanalysis, ticket summarization, and operational intelligence using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).• Proficient in Python development, workflow orchestration, API integration, automation scripting, and data processing, withexperience building scalable automation solutions for enterprise environments.• Supported Linux-based infrastructure environments by applying foundational Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration skills,including user and access management, shell scripting, package and service administration, performance monitoring,troubleshooting, and storage management; automated routine tasks using Bash and Python.• Knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration, including deployment and management of Pods, Deployments, Services,ConfigMaps, Secrets, Namespaces, and containerized workloads in cloud-native environments.• Familiar with Docker containerization technologies and Kubernetes operational practices, supporting application deployment,scaling, monitoring, and lifecycle management.• Strong hands-on experience with BGP (eBGP underlay, BGP unnumbered, ECMP) in leaf-spine/Clos data center fabrics• Design and deployment of VXLAN-EVPN overlays, IRB, and multi-tenancy with VRFs. Also, basic conceptual knowledge InfiniBand,RDMA/RoCEv2 and lossless Ethernet tuning (PFC, ECN, DCQCN)• Monitor network availability, throughput, and latency using network monitoring tools.• Execute routine software/firmware updates, patch management, and hardware maintenance.• Troubleshoot network incidents and outages by conducting root-cause analysis and supporting tier-2/3 resolution activities.• Implement perimeter defense protocols, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and access controls.• Implement and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless access point configurations.• Configure and install routing, switching, and firewall hardware across enterprise networks using CISCO switch.• Familiarity with NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet platform, ConnectX SuperNICs, and BlueField DPUs. Good knowledge of Linux andable to quickly pickup with Cumulus Linux.• Understanding of GPU cluster network design based on DGX reference architectures, Network automation using Python andAnsible, with Git-based configuration management• Fabric monitoring and troubleshooting using streaming telemetry, and Linux networking tools, down to 400G/800G optics andcabling. Ability to contribute in HLD/LLD documents and validate designs before production rollout• Hands-on exposure to AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, serverless functions, andAI service integrations for modern cloud-native architectures.• Experience building AI-powered automation solutions, including document generation, intelligent chatbots, workflow assistants,content processing pipelines, and infrastructure operation assistants utilizing LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture for integrating AI agents with enterprise infrastructure, enabling intelligentdecision-making and automation across storage, backup, and operational platforms.• Skilled in API lifecycle management, including API authentication, OAuth2 implementation, token management, API testing usingPostman, and integration with enterprise applications and cloud services.
