IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Philippines-based hiring only, and we prioritize candidates who live in or near Quezon City. Members of our Product Development Team live within this area to receive, check, and send physical garment samples when needed.
Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel company experiencing rapid year-over-year growth. You’ll join a team that helps drive our business growth by building and scaling a reliable supplier ecosystem and ensuring operational excellence across our supply chain.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically strong Sewing Pattern Maker to support the development and production of garments across our supplier network. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating garment designs, technical specifications, measurements, and approved samples into accurate, production-ready sewing patterns.
You’ll directly report to our Sourcing Manager and work closely with our internal Design and Ops teams, as well as overseas garment manufacturers, to ensure patterns meet fit, construction, measurement, grading, and production requirements. You’ll also help troubleshoot pattern and construction issues during sampling and production, ensuring garments can be manufactured accurately and consistently at scale.
You’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. You’ll get the support, ownership, and development opportunities needed to learn quickly, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact.
