Technical Customer Engineer II
Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting the installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and application of equipment and systems at customer sites.
This position works closely with customers, internal technical teams, sales, and product business units to provide technical support and resolve equipment or application issues.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to the field.
- Follow up the industrial and competitors’ technical development.
- Conduct technical training internally & externally with Product Business Unit teams.
- Work closely with sales and marketing groups to achieve corporate sales goals in alignment with corporate strategy. Communicate & feedback on customers’ requirements for new products.
- Follow up the industrial and competitors’ technical development.
- Routine management of technical affairs.
- Preparing equipment for customers attended demonstration.
- Support trade show and sales presentation.
- Strengthen technical communication with parent companies and sister companies
- Define testing plan or testing requirements with customer’s technical department or end user
- Gather and tabulate technical data and invention of dispensing processes directly for new market.
- Collect and analyze competitor’s technical data
- Use testing technology and internal analysis technology to optimize product’s application by customer, and offer input to R&D department
- Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers with clear, concise data.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship, project, laboratory, or hands-on experience related to semiconductor equipment, automation, electronics, mechanical systems, or dispensing technology are preferred.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor, SMT, electronics, automation, or related industries is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational company or customer-facing environment is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Basic to good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with overseas colleagues and customers.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software and technical tools.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or automation systems.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required.
- Logical thinking and a team-oriented mindset.

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
