Riverflex is supporting a leading European retail group on a high-priority technology transformation. We are looking for an experienced Tech Transformation Manager to lead cross-European initiatives focused on infrastructure, cloud, networks, and DevOps.

You’ll work closely with senior tech leaders across multiple countries to drive alignment, structure, and delivery of foundational tech capabilities. This role is strategic, operational, and highly visible—ideal for a strong transformation leader with deep tech fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation delivery across European markets.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the C-level .

• Oversee and align workstreams in infrastructure, network, cloud, and DevOps.

• Drive structure, momentum, and results in a complex, multinational environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in leading tech transformations in large organisations.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, cloud, and DevOps.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional change programmes.

• Excellent stakeholder and programme leadership skills.

• English required; Dutch is a plus.
