Qualifications
Required Qualifications- 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job description and intake management
