Supply Chain trainee

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the purchasing department with administrative tasks, reports, calculations, and projects while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting - material productivity and projects including regular updates
• Preparation/dawnload of data from SAP/Lean DNA for calculations
• Collecting data/Certificates from our suppliers + databases
• Crerating of MDG tickets - master supplier data changes
• Support in communication with suppliers in cases of payment issues
• Assist with vendor evaluation and performance monitoring
• Perform general administrative duties to support the purchasing team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of purchasing or procurement processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
