What role you will play in our team

Responsible for serving as subject matter expert or business process custodian for a specific focus area / process globally or multiple focus areas within a given value chain or geography; They maintain and enhance the process effectiveness, working closely with process operators, product owners, and technology / IT resources.

What you will do

Process Management:
- Define, map, and drive S&OP or Optimization processes that efficiently deliver desired business outcomes
- Ensure design / set-up of new / enhanced SC systems & tools is consistent with supply chain processes
- Act as process or data custodian for select processes / data objects as appropriate
Performance Monitoring: Use Business Process Management (BPM) tools and advanced data analytics to monitor business Process Health and KPIs
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive best practice implementation and sustainment
- Define, prioritize and lead process enhancements
Competency Development: Develop and sustain competency by building and delivering training and facilitating user CoPs / network as appropriate

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration or Related Fields.
• 5 yeas of previous experience in similar roles.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
• Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience 

• Broad Supply Chain experience
• Sales and Operations Planning and understanding of supply chain capability
• Experience leading process & systems improvements
• Value Chain Optimization and understanding of drivers that create business value
• Supply Chain Inventory Management and ability to manage supply reliability risk
• Strong collaborator and ability to develop others
• Effectively communicates and works in teams
• Drives functional excellence
