Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Order Management, Supply Coordination & Documentation

• • Manage customer order booking in SAP and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Prepare delivery notes, coordinate inspections, and arrange timely dispatches.
  • Liaise with logistics, sales teams, and customers to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit LC, statutory, taxation, and other required documentation.
  • Support order fulfillment while minimizing liquidated damage penalties.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve order, delivery, and documentation-related issues.
  • Assist in sales planning, budgeting, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain delivery reliability within the assigned sector.
  • Validate orders regularly and improve order book quality.
  • Manage HSS documentation, planning, billing coordination, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, logistics, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of orders and invoicing.
  • Ensure timely submission of all HSS and taxation-related documents.

Your Qualifications

• B.E Mandate as education
• Knowledge of SAP, Order Booking, order management , supply chain coordination  & Microsoft Office Tools
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the same function
• Good communication skills
• Positions are open for below location-
• Pune,Chennai and Gurgaon
• Please note this is an off role position on third party payroll
