JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Order Fulfillment & Distribution

  • Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital departments
  • Deliver supplies to designated locations throughout the facility
  • Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Support urgent and special supply requests
  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas

Storeroom Operations

  • Organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs
  • Maintain inventory transactions within departmental systems
  • Assist with product movement and material handling activities
  • Follow established safety and infection prevention guidelines

Customer Service & Teamwork

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet supply needs
  • Provide timely support to internal customers
  • Communicate inventory issues and supply concerns to leadership
  • Support department initiatives and process improvement efforts
  • Assist with additional supply chain functions as assigned
     

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
