Summer 2027 Cleveland Internships (Real Estate Development & Property Management)

On-site Cleveland, United States full time

Program Overview

At Bedrock, our internship program gives emerging professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with your assigned team or business area with the opportunity to work with & collaborate with others. This program is designed to help you build real-world skills, explore career paths, contribute to impactful projects, and gain mentorships, all while learning how our full-cycle real estate and development company brings vibrant and sustainable urban cores to life.

Our Cleveland interns will be assigned to one of two business areas: Real Estate Development or Property Management.

  • The Real Estate Development Intern will work with Cleveland's Strategic Initiatives Team on iconic ground up development projects in downtown Cleveland, including the Rock Block (Cosm Cleveland), the final development stages of the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, to the rest of Bedrock's Riverfront Cleveland Development Project, gaining exposure to numerous stages of the commercial real estate development lifecycle.
  • The Property Management Intern will partner with our Residential and Commercial Property Management teams, supporting the day-to-day operations of downtown Cleveland properties and helping deliver an exceptional experience for our tenants, residents, and visitors.

All interns will be compensated at $18.00 per hour and are expected to work full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully on-site. The Summer Internship Program runs from June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027.
