Purpose of Position

To support Global Programs management and alignment of the various assurance activities required to deliver an Internal and Supplier Assurance program (ISA) to time and quality.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Understand the ISA global program’s assurance objectives.
• Support associated coordination with respective BSI country offices and client.
• Utilise ISA global program platforms to support the booking and management process.
• Support in ISA programs data compiling to facilitate monitoring and analysis.

Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure program rules are met for the assigned ISA work scope.
• Proactive working to ensure programs’ Platform related activities are timely executed.
• Timely submission of required Internal and Supplier audits data

Dimensions

• Support management of internal and external customers’, related to global internal and supplier audit programs delivery.
• Efficient interaction with stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.

Knowledge/Competencies

• A Graduate in any discipline.
• Stakeholder management and ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines
• Competence in MS word, excel and working on Audit Platform.
