Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


Job Description:

As the technical spokesperson for a radiation product portfolio, you will define product strategy, guide development efforts, influence investment decisions, and support successful product launches worldwide. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customers to deliver high-impact solutions that meet evolving market needs.

What you'll do

  • Define product strategy, positioning, and competitive differentiation for radiation detection products.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather and prioritize customer, market, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to scope and guide product development.
  • Lead product decisions through phase-gate development processes.
  • Develop pricing strategies that support revenue and profitability goals.
  • Support validation testing, third-party evaluations, and product qualification efforts.
  • Train sales teams, support key customer engagements, and assist with win strategies.
  • Manage product lifecycle, upgrades, and obsolescence planning.
  • Present product, market, and roadmap updates to senior leadership.

What you need

  • Required: Strong product leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Required: Knowledge of radiation detection, radiation physics, or closely related technologies.
  • Required: Experience defining product requirements and managing product development programs.
  • Required: 5+ years of product development, product marketing, or related experience within radiation sensing technologies.
  • Required: 3+ years of product launch experience.
  • Required: CBRNE, nuclear safety, or closely related market experience.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Advantage: Advanced degree and experience with technical research related to CBRNe sensors.

This role requires up to 25% to 50% travel and candidates must have or be able to obtain a SECRET level clearance.
